摘要
以碱处理后的碾压疏解竹束为原材料,对其进行染色处理,系统研究了染色浴比、促染剂浓度及染色时间对竹材活性染料染色效果的影响规律,获得了优化的竹材染色工艺,研究结果表明:1)浴比、促染剂及染色时间均对染色效果有明显影响,其中促染剂浓度对其影响最大。2)随着浴比升高,竹材上染率及固色率呈下降趋势,最大下降幅度超过20%;随着促染剂浓度的增加,竹束上染率及固色率逐渐上升,其中上染率最大提高38.6%,固色率最大提高29.2%,到达60 g/L时基本趋于稳定;随着染色时间的延长,竹材上染率和固色率均呈增加趋势,当染色时间超过2 h后,竹材上染率和固色率基本保持恒定。3)较优的竹材活性染料染色处理工艺条件为:浴比1∶20,促染剂浓度为60 g/L,处理时间为2 h。
The crushed bamboo bundles which were pre-treated with dilute alkali were used as raw materials and then treated with reactive dyes, the influences of liquor ratio, Na2SO4 concentration and duration time on the dyeing effects of reactive dyes dyeing bamboo were studied and an optimized dyeing condition for bamboo bundles was obtained. The results show that(1) the increased liquor ration, Na2SO4 concentration and duration time improved the dye uptake and fixation rate, among which the Na2SO4 concentration was the most influential.(2) With the increasing of liquor ratio, the dyeing rate and fixation rate both decreased and dropped more than 20%; as the Na2SO4 concentration increasing, the dyeing rate and fixation rate rose gradually and the uptake rate increased by 38.6%, fixation rate increased by 29.2%, then got the stabilization when it was 60g/L; With the treatment time to be prolong, the dyeing effect was better within 2 hours and the dyeing rate and fixation rate were improved more than 20%, and two indexes basically stabilized after 2 hours;(3)The most satisfactory bamboo dyeing process with reactive dyes could be obtained under the following treating conditions: the liquor ratio liquor ratio 1 ︰ 20, Na2SO4 concentration 60g/L and processing time 2 hours, respectively.
