摘要
目前我国化学品生产安全事故频发，关键原因之一是劳动者未掌握化学品的危险特性。化学品危险性鉴定与分类工作是获取化学品安全信息、评估化学品固有危险性的重要手段。也是危险品安全管理的技术基础。为了让广大危险化学品从业人员了解我国化学品安全管理政策．本文就当前我国化学品物理危险性鉴定与分类管理做法和鉴定机构条件要求分别进行了归纳介绍。
At present, safety production accidents happen frequently in the field of chemicals, one of the key reasons is that workers have not mastered the hazard characteristics of chemicals. Evaluation and classification of hazardous chemicals is an important measure to obtain safety information and assessment inherent dangers of chemicals, and also technical basis of safety management of dangerous goods. To facilitate hazardous chemicals personnel to learn chemical safety management policies, the article introduces method for evaluation and classification of hazardous chemicals and requirements for authentication institutions in China.
