摘要
近年来,锂离子电池发展迅速,珠三角地区有上百家锂离子电池生产厂家。由于锂离子电池的生产过程条件要求苛刻,电池内部结构材料具有特殊性,稍有不慎,可导致充电后续工序发生爆炸火灾事故发生,造成重大的财产损失和人员伤亡。通过东莞市凤岗镇一起造成亡5人的锂离子电池工厂火灾案例,阐述锂离子电池的分类、原理,对日常工作生活中接触到的锂离子电池的生产、储存、使用等环节的火灾预防和事故扑救都有积极的引导意义。
In recent years, lithium ion batteries have developed rapidly, and there are hundreds of lithium- ion battery manufacturers in Pearl River Delta. Because the conditions of production process of lithium ion battery is demanding, the internal structure of the material is special, the slightest mistake can lead to charge the subsequent explosion fire accident occurred, causing significant property damage and casualties. Through a case of a lithium ion battery factory fire causing the death of 5 people in Fenggang town of Dongguan city, the classification principle of lithium ion batteries was expounded, it had a positive guiding significance on the daily life for fire prevention and fire accidents in the production, storage, use and other aspects of the lithium ion battery.
