摘要
亚急性甲状腺炎属瘿病范畴,朴春丽教授常以"毒损缨络"为核心病机治疗瘿病,认为亚急性甲状腺炎的主要病机为肝郁化热,毒损缨络,故提出肝与亚急性甲状腺炎有着密切的联系,并提出从肝论治亚急性甲状腺炎,以辨证求因和审因论治为基础,常以内服外敷法为治疗方法,旨在调节机体各脏腑的功能,有效缓解症状并缩短病程。
Subacute thyroiditis belongs to the category of Yingbing. Professor Pu Chunli usually takes ＂ toxin damaging yinglao＂ as the core to treat it. She thought that subacute thyroiditis＇s key pathogenesis is liver stagnation of heat and toxin damaging yinglao. So she put forward that the liver is closely related to subacute thyroiditis. On account of the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, she usually uses the internal and external treatment method as the treatment method to regulate the body functions of various organs to relieve symptOms and shorten the course of the disease.
