摘要
目的探究亚急性甲状腺炎采用栀子清肝汤联合强的松的治疗效果。方法选取2014年3月—2016年8月收治的70例亚急性甲状腺炎患者,并采用抽签的方式将其分为2组,对照组患者采用强的松治疗,观察组采用栀子清肝汤联合强的松治疗,并对2组患者的治疗效果、相关实验室指标以及中医证候积分情况进行对比。结果 2组患者治疗前与治疗后游离甲状腺素、促甲状腺素、血沉水平均有一定好转,且跟观察组患者游离甲状腺素的下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后烦躁、发热、总积分比对照组低(P<0.05);2组患者在甲状腺肿、甲状腺痛、烦躁、咽痛方面的对比(P>0.05);观察组患者总有效率94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%(P<0.05)。结论亚急性甲状腺炎采用栀子清肝汤联合强的松的治疗效果显著,可使患者的相关生化指标与临床症状明显改善。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Zhizi Qinggan decoction combined with Prednisone in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis. Methods 70 cases of patients with subacute thyroiditis methods in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were selected, and they were divided into 2 groups by drawing lots. The control group was treated with prednisone treatment, and the observation group was treated with Zhizi Qinggan decoction combined with prednisone .therapy. The therapeutic effect, laboratory indexes and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine integral between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the free thyroxine and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups had improved, and the decrease of free thyroxine in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05） . After treatment, the fever, irritability and the total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05） . The thyroid swelling, pain, irritability, sore throat and thyroid between the two groups bad no difference （P〉0.05） . The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29% which was higher than 74.29% of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Zhizi Qinggan decoction combined with Prednisone in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis has significantly therapeutic effect, and can significantly improve the related biochemical indicators of patients with clinical symptoms.
