摘要
本文基于双边匹配理论,研究了云制造服务平台上企业可用制造资源的稳定匹配问题。在云制造模式下,有剩余可用能力的企业可以选择出售,成为资源的供给方;而能力短缺的企业则希望购买可用能力完成生产,成为资源的需求方。这样就形成了一个以剩余可用能力进行交易的双边匹配市场。考虑到市场上企业的制造资源种类和数量各不相同,构建了以云平台为主导的可用制造资源的"多对多"匹配市场模型。设计了基于企业偏好序列的资源双边匹配机制,证明了稳定匹配结果的存在性,并通过算例进一步验证了该机制的可行性。
The stable matching problem of available manufacturing resource in the cloud manufacturing platform is studied based on the two-sided matching theory.Under the condition of cloud manufacturing,companies with remaining available capacity can choose to sell them and become the supply side;at the same time,companies short of available capacity want to complete production through consumption,so they become the demand side.Thus a two-sided matching market for trading available capacity is formed.Considering the diversity of the manufacturing resource,a"many-to-many"market model of available manufacturing resource led by cloud platform is established.Then we design a two-sided matching mechanism based on the preferences of each side and prove the existence of the stable matching results.Finally,we verify the feasibility of the mechanism through an example.
