摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT对溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)严重程度的评估,并与临床、肠镜进行比较。方法由两位副高级以上放射科医师回顾性分析24例UC患者的腹部增强CT(contrast-enhanced CT,CECT)并进行评分,达成一致意见后,对CECT评分、UC改良Mayo活动指数、肠镜进行相互比较,对组间相关性进行统计学分析。结果CECT评分与改良Mayo活动指数呈高度正相关;肠壁厚度分别和改良Mayo活动指数、肠镜下严重程度呈显著正相关。结论 CECT可作为评估UC的补充,对危重或是肠镜检查禁忌的患者可提供重要的依据。 Objective To evaluate the utility of multi-rowdetector spiralcomputed tomographyin assessing theseverity of ulcerative colitis (UC) compared with clinical assessment and colonoscopy.Methods 24 UC patients with abdominal contrast-enhanced CT study (CECT) were retrospectively evaluated in consensus by tworadiologists.The CECT scores, modified Mayo activity index of UC, colonoscopy were compared and statistically analyzed between two groups.Results The CECT scores and modifiedMayo activity index demonstrated highly positivecorrelation, increasing wall thickness was significant correlated with the modifiedMayo activity index and severity established by colonoscopy.Conclusion CECT can be used as a supplement methods toevaluate UC, which can provide an important basis for severe patients and the contraindicated in colonoscopy.
