摘要
随着国内会展业的快速发展,行业对会展人才的需求与日俱增,但高校会展专业毕业生却普遍存在行业内就业率低的问题,和学生职业体验偏少、实践能力不足密切相关。依托专业建设和校外合作公司,成立校内专业模拟公司,营造学生真实工作环境,运作校内实体会展项目,将理论学习和专业实训无缝对接,能够有效解决会展专业学生实践能力不足的问题。但模拟公司业务开展无疑对专业课程理论学习造成干扰,公司项目运作还必须有专业人士指导,对外实体业务开展还可能涉及相关法律责任等,这些问题都需要在学校引导下逐步解决。
With the rapid development of the convention and exhibition industry,the relevant talents demand is increasing. However,there is a problem of low employment rate of graduates majoring in exhibition profession in this industry,with the reasons such as insufficient career experience of students,poor practical capabilities and so on.Relying on the professional construction and off-campus cooperated enterprises,the establishment of on-campus simulated company to build the real working environment and operate the real exhibition projects would be a perfect combination of theoretical study and practical training to effectively solve the problem of insufficient practical capability of students majoring in exhibition profession. But the simulated company business could bring the interference on professional theory study,project operation must have a professional guidance,the real business is likely involved in the related legal responsibility. The above problems need to be gradually solved under the school guidance.
