摘要
用硅橡胶对苯并噁嗪树脂进行增韧改性,对增韧体的冲击强度测试结果表明,增韧体的冲击强度随着硅橡胶的加入量增加而明显增大,当硅橡胶加入量为80份,玻璃纤维加入量为20份时,改性硅橡胶对苯并噁嗪树脂具有良好的增韧效果。硅橡胶增韧苯并噁嗪树脂二元复合材料在90℃下熔融共混,经过一次固化、二次固化可以制备出性能稳定的试样。对增韧体断面形貌进行电镜扫描观测,并进行了相应的理论分析。
The benzoxazine resins were toughened with silicone rubbers. The experimental results showed that the toughed benzoxazine exhibited the continuously increase in impact strength with a relative adding content of the silicone rubber. When the silicone rubber and fiberglass was 80phr and 20phr respectively, it would have the best toughening effect. The silicon rubber toughened benzoxazine binary composite was melt blended at 90℃, and after the first and second curing processes, the sample with a stable performance could be obtained. By means of SEM, the fracture appear- ance was observed, and the relative theoretical analysis was carried out.
