易自燃煤层工作面过断层期间自然发火防治技术 被引量:4

Prevention and Control of Spontaneous Combustion During the Period of Passing Through Faults in Easy Self-ignition Coal Seam

摘要 针对杉木树煤矿S3012工作面自然发火期短,地质构造复杂,大小断层及其牵引构造较多,过断层期间极易产生煤层自燃隐患的实际情况,为保证该工作面安全回采,通过对自燃隐患因素分析,建立自然发火预警体系,采取减少采空区漏风、加强采空区抽放管理、两巷煤体固化与封填堵漏、注浆注氮等综合防灭火技术措施,有效抑制了过断层期间煤层自燃。 For the actual situations of shorter spontaneous firing period, complicated geological structure, big and small faults and their traction structures in S3012 face of Sanmushu Mine, spontaneous combustion risk is easily occurred during the period of passing through faults. In order to guarantee the safe mining of working face, through the analysis of risk factors of spontaneous combustion, spontaneous combustion early warning system is established; reducing air leakage in goaf, strengthening the drainage management of goaf, coal body solidification and sealing and filling, grouting and nitrogen injection and other comprehensive fire prevention technology measures, spontaneous combustion of coal seam is effectively suppressed during the period of passing through faults.
