摘要
选取鑫安煤矿同一煤层不同地质构造区域煤样为研究对象,利用红外光谱分析各煤样氧化官能团的变化;利用热重实验,分析了煤氧复合过程,得到了煤样自燃过程中的特征温度及规律。红外光谱表明,不同地质构造条件下煤的氧化活性基团峰值变化规律,断层及地应力作用下化学活性键较活跃;热重实验结果表明,自燃氧化初期在断层及应力场处煤样的氧化活性和挥发性活跃,易被氧化失重;进入后期加热燃烧阶段,受地应力作用的煤样进入燃烧阶段温度点升高,失重百分比增加;煤层自燃倾向性差异受地质构造影响,同一煤层,相同工作面,不同地质构造区域煤层自燃倾向性不同,自燃氧化过程也有差异。
Taking the coal at the same seam under different geological structure of Xin'an Coal Mine as sample,the differences of active structures of coal samples were analyzed with infrared spectrum analysis.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) under different oxidation condition were carried out in coal-oxygen composite process to analyze the regulation of the spontaneous combustion characteristic temperature.Results indicate that the higher the peak values of active structures under different geological structure,the more spontaneous oxidation tendency of coal samples.TGA curves show that the oxidation activity and volatility of coal samples at the fault and stress field are active in the process of oxidation and heating.Coal samples at the fault and stress field are easily oxidized to weight loss at the initial stage of the oxidation during mining.The temperature of coal samples at the fault and stress field is comparatively high in the latter period of combustion and obviously to lose weight.The differences of spontaneous oxidation tendency are affected by geological structure.At the same seam and coal face,the spontaneous oxidation tendency and process of coal samples under different geological structure are different.
