摘要
中兽医药属于我国传统农业科技,近年来在提升动物健康水平、保障食品安全、促进养殖业和农业的可持续发展等方面越来越显示出独特优势。但是,由于长期以来一直得不到大力扶持和发展,中兽医药已经成为健康中国建设短板中的短板。建议国家从顶层设计出发,遵循"中西医并重"方针,制定和实施"动物医改"等可行措施,全面深化畜牧业供给侧结构性改革,并以设立国家健康畜牧业发展试验区为手段,探索现代畜牧业和种植业协调发展的新路径,开创具有中国特色的生态文明建设道路。
Chinese veterinary medicine is a traditional kind of agricuhure science and technology, and has been found out recently more and more the special functions on enhancing animal health, ensuring food safety, promoting the sustainable development of livestock industry and agriculture etc. Nevertheless, it is the weakest shortcoming of heahhy China construction due to the lack of vigorously support in almost a century. So we suggest that it should be start from the national top-level design, follow the principle of supporting both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, formulate and implement animal healthcare reform and other feasible measures, comprehensively deepen the reform of animal husbandry supply side structure. In the meantime, it should be establish the national development test areas of healthy animal husbandry for promoting the coordinated development between modern livestock industry and farming, and finally opening the new ecological civilization construction road with Chinese characteristics.
