摘要
目的:探讨中医护理适宜技术对粘连型肩周炎术后疼痛的效果。方法:选择2016年1月-2017年3月在深圳市宝安区福永人民医院行臂丛神经麻醉下手术松解法的粘连型肩周炎患者72例,按入院的奇偶顺序分别分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用一般常规护理,观察组在一般常规护理的基础上采用中医护理适宜技术。护理前后,进行疼痛评分,比较两组患者护理疗效。结果:对照组和观察组护理后的疼痛评分分别为(1.84±0.48)分和(1.28±0.41)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对行臂丛麻醉下手法松解术的粘连型肩周炎患者采用中医护理适宜技术进行护理,可有效缓解患者术后的疼痛,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the appropriate technique of TCM nursing on postoperative pain for adhesive periarthritis of shoulder patients. Method： From January 2016 to March 2017, 72 patients with ASP treated in our hospital who adopted brachial plexus anesthesia relaxing surgery were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to admission order parity, 36 cases in each group, the conlrol group treated with routine nursing, the observation group treated with traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technolog＇y based on routine nursing.The pain scores of the two groups were compared before and after nursing to evaluate the nursing effects.Result： The pain scores of observation group and control group after nursing were （ 1.84 ± 0.48 ） scores and （ 1.28 ± 0.41 ） scores respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.01） .Conclusion： The appropriate technology of TCM nursing care for patient with adhesive periarthritis of shoulder who adopted brachial plexus anesthesia relaxing surgery, can relieve postoperative paine effectively, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion and application.
