摘要
目的:比较朗迈Labu Mat全自动尿干化学分析仪、朗迈Uri Sed全自动尿沉渣仪分析仪对尿液检测的准确性、可靠性,为临床提供快速、准确的结果。方法:随机抽取1782例患者尿液标本,分别用朗迈Labu Mat全自动尿干化学分析仪、朗迈Uri Sed全自动尿沉渣仪分析仪及人工镜检三种方法进行检测,对检测结果进行比较。结果:以显微镜检查作为对照,朗迈Urised全自动尿沉渣分析仪检查红细胞灵敏度、特异度、Kappa值分别为:98.66%(960/973),97.78%(791/809)、0.98;朗迈Labu Mat全自动尿干化学分析仪检查红细胞灵敏度、特异度、Kappa值分别为:99.59%(969/973)、95.92%(776/809)、0.97。朗迈Urised全自动尿沉渣分析仪检查白细胞灵敏度、特异度、Kappa值分别为:98.59%(1190/1207),95.48%(549/575)、0.96;朗迈Labu Mat全自动尿干化学分析仪检查白细胞灵敏度、特异度、Kappa值分别为:77.38%(934/1207)、73.91%(425/575)、0.63。结论:朗迈(Labu Mat+Uri Sed)全自动分析仪检测速度快、结果比较准确,但不能完全取代人工镜检,必须与人工镜检合理的结合才能最快速、准确地为临床提供检验结果。
Objective: To compare the accuracy and dependability of LabuMat automatic urine dry chemical analyzer and UriSed automatic urine sediment analyzer for urine testing, and to provide the fastest and the most accurate results for clinic.Method: Urine. samples of 1782 patients were randomly selected and detected by the three methods, detection results were compared.Result: Compared with microscopy, the sensitivity, specificity and Kappa values of RBC Urised automatic urine sediment analyzer were 98.66% ( 960/973 ), 97.77% ( 791/809 ) and 0.98 respectively; the sensitivity, specificity and Kappa value of RBC LabuMat automatic urine dry chemical analyzer were 99.59% ( 969/973 ), 95.92% ( 776/809 ) and 0.97 respectively^The sensitivity, specificity and Kappa values of WBC Urised automatic urine sediment analyzer were 98.59% ( 1190/1207 ), 95.48% ( 549/575 ) and 0.96 respectively; the sensitivity, specificity and Kappa value of WBC LabuMat automatic urine dry chemical analyzer were 77.38% ( 934/1207 ), 73.91% ( 425/575 ) and 0.63 respectively.Conclusion: LabuMat automatic urine dry chemical analyzer and UriSed automatic urine sediment analyzer can quickly and accurately provide clinical results, but they can not completely replace the manual microscopy, and they must be combined with manual microscopy to provide the fastest and the most accurate results for clinical:
