摘要
目的评价负压封闭引流技术(VSD)应用于创伤性皮肤软组织缺损、褥疮、切口感染、内固定术后皮肤坏死等各种基层医院外科患者中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析外科住院患者中应用VSD取代传统引流技术而进行治疗的19例患者的临床资料。结果 19例患者最终创面全部临床愈合,未出现全身或局部的毒性反应或过敏现象。其中7例治愈,12例显效。结论应用VSD能够明显改善创面引流效果,刺激伤口内肉芽组织新生,有利于控制创面感染,促进伤口愈合而缩短住院时间,减少患者皮瓣和植皮手术的可能,值得广大基层医院在临床外科相关患者中大力推广。
Objective To evaluate clinical effect by vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） applied in primary surgical patients with traumatic skin and soft tissue defect, pressure ulcer, incision infection, cutaneous necrosis after internal fixation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 19 hospitalized surgical patients who received VSD for treatment instead of traditional drainage technique. Results All 19 patients had complete clinical healed wound, without any general or local toxic reactions or irritability. Among them there were 7 cured cases and 12 cases with excellent effect. Conclusion Application of VSD can remarkably improve effect for wound drainage, accelerate granulation tissue growth, control wound infection, enhance wound healing, shorten hospital stay time and reduce possibility of skin flap and skin grafting. This method is worth wide promotion for related clinical surgical patients in primary hospital.
