摘要
目的:观察与分析高压氧治疗对突发性耳聋患者症状、体征及血液黏度指标的影响情况。方法:选取2013年2月-2016年6月于本院进行治疗的86例突发性耳聋患者为观察对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组进行常规突发性耳聋治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用高压氧治疗,统计、比较两组患者症状、体征的治疗总有效率及治疗前后不同时间的血液黏度指标。结果:观察组不同症状、体征的治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血液黏度指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后不同时间的血液黏度指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗可显著地改善突发性耳聋患者的症状、体征及血液黏度指标,因此在突发性耳聋患者中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective： To observe and analyze the influence status of hyperbaric oxygenation for the symptoms and signs, blood viscosity indexes of patients with sudden deafness.Method： 86 patients with suddendeafness in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the observation objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of sudden deafness, the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group, then the total effective rates of symptoms and signs, blood viscosity indexes at different time before and after the treatment of two groups were respectively analyzed and compared.Result： The total effective rates of observation group with symptoms and signs were all significantly higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Before treatment, compared two groups of patients with blood viscosity index, there were no significant differences （ P〉0.05 ）, while the blood viscosity indexes at different time after the treatment were all lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The hyperbaric oxygenation can significantly improve the symptoms, signs and blood viscosity indexes of patients with sudden deafness, so its application value in the patients with sudden deafness is higher
