摘要
青少年时期是身体发育与心理发展的重要时期。青少年心理的发展对其成长及未来的发展具有重要的影响,而体育锻炼又被证明可以促进青少年心理过程的发展,减少问题行为的发生。因此,本文就体育锻炼对青少年的心理发展问题进行了探讨,旨在为他们的心理健康发展提供帮助。
Adolescence is a key period for physical and psychological development. Youth psychological development shows great impact on their future development. Moreover, sport is proved to promote the development psychological process of youth and reduce problems. Therefore, the effects of sports on the psychological development of adolescent are discussed in this paper, aiming at providing help for their healthy development.
