摘要
近年来大学生暴力犯罪呈上升趋势,这不仅严重影响了高校教学秩序、引发校园恐慌,也产生了恶劣的社会影响。校园暴力折射出高校学生管理中德育教育功能虚化、法制教育地位尴尬、大学生自控力不强、抗挫折能力弱、校园暴力立法缺失等不足。控制校园暴力是政府、学校及家庭的共同责任,完善校园暴力相关法律法规是基础与前提,强化思想政治教育、重视高校学生情绪管理、提高学生法治意识为根本路径。
college students＇ violent crime is on the rise in recent years, which not only seriously affects the teaching order and causes the campus panic, but also has the bad social influence. The campus violence reflects the deficiency of moral education function, the embarrassment of legal education status, the weak self-control and anti-setback ability of college students and the lack of the legislation on campus violence. So it is necessary to strengthen the research on campus violence and pats forward corresponding preventive measures. Campus violence control is the common responsibility of the government, school and family. To perfect the legislation and regulations is the basic premise, and to strengthen the ideological and political education, improve the college students＇ emotional management and enhance the students＇ law consciousness are the fundamental paths.
