摘要
高职院校除要花大力加强技能教育外,更要注重学生的情商教育,把情商培养纳入学校的整体运行机制中,并把它作为一项教育内容和考核指标,体现在课程安排、制度建设、校风建设以及加强学生与教师之间的非正式沟通等方面。根据学生实际情况,可从承受能力、沟通能力、合作能力、适岗能力、自律自理能力五个方面构建情商教育模块。
In addition to take great efforts to strengthen skills education,Higher vocational schools must pay attention to students' emotional intelligence education,integrate the EQ training into the school's overall operating mechanism,and use it as an educational contents and assessment indicators,reflected in the curriculum provision,system construction,school spirit building and enhance informal communication among students and teachers and so on.According to students' actual situation,the construction of EQ education modules can be done from 5 aspects including capacity,communication skills,ability to cooperate,appropriate competence,self-discipline and self-caring capacity.
