依托咪酯联合芬太尼用于无痛人工流产的临床观察 被引量:5

The clinical observation of the etomidate and fentanyl used to treat the painless abortion

摘要 目的:探讨依托咪酯联合芬太尼在无痛人工流产中的应用效果。方法:选取2007年4月~2009年4月,来我院自愿要求人工流产而无禁忌症及并发症者800例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组400例,实验组患者应用依托咪酯加芬太尼,对照组患者应用笑气联合利多卡因宫旁注射,分析2组患者手术过程中的镇痛效果、副反应、出血量、血压的变化情况。结果:2组孕者经不同麻醉药物麻醉后镇痛效果比较,实验组总有效率96.5%明显高于对照组总有效率93.25%(P<0.05)。麻醉前后出血量无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组术前术后收缩压及舒张压变化幅度小于对照组;恶心呕吐发生情况比较无明显差异;实验组肌颤发生机率低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组呼吸抑制发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依托咪酯联合芬太尼用于无痛人工流产,手术的镇静/镇痛效果满意,从而达到无痛流产的目的。 Objective To study the application effect of the etomidate and fentanyl used to treat the painless abortion.Methods 800 patients who required abortion voluntarily and had no contraindications and complications in our hospital from the April 2007 to April 2009,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,each group had 400 examples,and the experimental group were used etomidate and fentanyl,the control group were used laughing gas and lidocaine injections by the parametrium,analyzesd the process of operation,the amount of blood loss,analgesic effect side effects,the changes of blood pressure in 2 groups of patients.Results The anesthesia analgesic effect of two groups after giving the different anesthetics have no compared,the total effective rate 96.5% of experimental group was better than of control group 93.25%(P< 0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure compared the preoperative and postoperative(P < 0.05).Nausea and vomiting happened compared between the patients and the control group(P> 0.05);Muscle fibrillation and respiratory inhibition compared between the patients and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The etomidate and fentanyl used to painless abortions,surgery calm/analgesic effect was satisfied,so as to achieve the purpose of painless abortions.
