摘要
通过对湖南省溆浦县的实地调查,从电商发展的软硬条件、农产品进城和工业品下乡路径等方面分析了农村电商扶贫工程实施中存在的主要问题,并从农村、电商企业、和政府三方面分析了问题产生的原因,最后就主要问题提出了解决对策与建议。
Through the field investigation of Xupu county, the major problems in the implementation of rural e-commerce＇s poverty alleviation project were analyzed from the software and hardware conditions in the development of electronic com-merce, the ways of bringing agricultural products into city and spreading industrial goods to the country. Then, the causes were dissected from the country, the e-commerce companies and the government. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward based on the main problem.
