摘要
从医生管理、医患关系、医院精细化管理3个方面,介绍了美国医院医疗质量管理举措。启示我国医院管理者应加强对医院和医生的监管力度,开展社区居民就医满意度和幸福度评价,充分利用保险机制发挥社会管理作用,建立医疗服务机构互动机制。
From three aspects of doctor management, doctor--patient relationship, and hospital fine management, the medical quality management measures in American hospitals were summarized. China's hospital managers should strengthen the supervision of hospitals and doctors, carry out medical satisfaction and happiness evaluation among com- munity residents, make full use of insurance mechanism to play the role of social management, and establish interaction mechanism among medical service agencies
