摘要
目的对比分析林州市县-乡-村三级医疗机构接诊的疾病类型,评估该地区三级医疗网络是否有效地解决了常见病和多发病就诊问题。方法收集林州市县-乡-村三级医疗网络中11所医疗机构2013年10月-2015年7月所接诊的疾病信息,进行回顾性对比统计分析。结果县级医疗机构住院患者疾病分类中循环系统疾病的构成比(22.66%)最高,其次是呼吸系统疾病(14.16%)、妊娠分娩和产褥期疾病(14.16%)、肿瘤(10.98%)和消化系统疾病(7.22%)。各乡级医疗机构的接诊能力及接诊病种差异明显,其中姚村卫生院因独有的早期食管癌诊疗特色使肿瘤高居其疾病分类首位,其他乡镇卫生院则以循环系统疾病为主要病种。各村级医疗机构整体以呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病为主要疾病。结论林州县-乡-村三级医疗机构间的主要接诊病种既有层次差异又有相互重叠之处;同级医疗机构接收疾病类型存在一定差距,但能满足林州市居民的基本就诊需求。
Objective To compare and analyze the types of disease admitted in country--township--village tertiary medical network in Linzhou, and evaluate whether it solved the medical care problems on common diseases and frequent- ly occurring diseases. Methods The data on admitted diagnosis in 11 medical institutions from the tertiary care network from October 2013 to July 2015 in Linzhou were collected for retrospective comparative statistical analysis. Re sults In country medical institutions, the top rank inpatients＇ diseases was the circulatory system diseases （22.66%）, followed by diseases of the respiratory system （14.16%）, pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium diseases （14.16%）, tumor （ 10.98%）, and diseases of the digestive system （7.22% ）. There had obvious differences on the admissibility and admitted diseases among the township medical institutions. Among them, Yao village hospital was the top rank in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer. The other township hospitals were mainly based on the circulatory system diseases. The village--level medical institutions mainly treated respiratory diseases and digestive diseases. Conclusion There were both level difference and overlaps in the main disease distribution admitted in country--township--village tertiary medical institutions in Linzhou. Although there were differences in clinics between institutions of the same level, the tertiary medical network in Linzhou had generally met the medical care demands of residents.
