摘要
目的观察不同频率电针联合右归丸加减治疗肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效及对性激素、体质量指数的影响。方法将60例肾虚型PCOS患者采用随机数字表法分为3组,治疗1组20例予低频电针联合右归丸加减治疗,治疗2组20例予高频电针联合右归丸加减治疗,对照组20例予右归丸加减治疗。3组均1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察3组治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、LH/FSH、雌激素(E_2)、睾酮(T)、体质量及体质量指数(BMI)的变化。结果治疗1组总有效率84.21%,治疗2组总有效率80.00%,对照组总有效率57.89%,治疗1组、治疗2组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗1组、治疗2组临床疗效均优于对照组。3组治疗后LH、LH/FSH、T、体质量及BMI均明显下降,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1组、治疗2组治疗后LH、LH/FSH、T降低优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1组治疗后LH、LH/FSH低于治疗2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1组、治疗2组治疗后体质量、BMI降低优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2组治疗后T、体质量、BMI低于治疗1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合右归丸加减治疗肾虚型PCOS具有良好的疗效,低频电针联合右归丸在改善LH、LH/FSH方面优于高频电针,而高频电针在降低患者肥胖指数及改善高雄激素血症方面优于低频电针。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of different frequencies of electroacupuncture combined with modified Yougui pill on polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） with kidney-deficiency type and its effects on gonadal hormone and body mass index.Methods 60 PCOS patients with kidney-deficiency type were divided into three groups by random number table method,20 cases in treatment group one were treated by low-frequency electroacupuncture combined with modified Yougui pill,20 cases in treatment group two were treated by high-frequency electroacupuncture combined with modified Yougui pill,20 casesin control group were treated by modified Yougui pill.A treatment course was one month in three groups.The curative effects were evaluated after three treatment courses,and the changes of follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteotropic hormone（LH）,LH/FSH,estradiol（E2）,testosterone（T）,body mass and body mass index（BMI） before and after treatment were observed in three groups.Results The total effective rates in treatment group one（84.21%） and treatment group two（80.0%）were higher than that in control group（57.89%,P〈0.05）,and the clinical effects in treatment group one and treatment group two were superior to that in control group.The LH,LH/FSH,T,body mass and BMI after treatment obviously reduced in three groups（P〈0.05）.The reduction of LH,LH/FSH and T in treatment group one and treatment group two were superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）.The LH and LH/FSH after treatment in treatment group one was lower than that in treatment group two（P〈0.05）.The reduction of body mass and BMI after treatment in treatment group one and treatment group two were superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）.The T,body mass and BMI after treatment in treatment group two were lower than those in treatment group one（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with modified Yougui pill has good effects on PCOS with kidney-deficiency type.Low-frequency electroacupuncture combined
