摘要
目的探讨急性闭角型青光眼患者的临床护理方法及价值。方法选择2015年1月—2016年11月接收的56例急性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字的方式,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各28例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,对比两种护理方法的应用效果。结果观察组中术后1周、术后3个月的眼压水平及并发症发生率均低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性闭角型青光眼患者采用优质护理,可有效降低眼压,便于临床治疗。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods and value of acute angle-closure glaucoma. Methods 56 cases of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma received from January 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 28 cases in each group, according to the random number. The control group was treated with routine care. The observation group was treated with high quality care, and the effect of the two nursing methods was compared. Results The intraocular pressure （IOP） and complication rate were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group at 1 week after operation and 3 months after operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma are treated with high- quality care, which can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure and facilitate clinical treatment.
