摘要
近年来,随着影像学技术的迅速发展,脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)的确诊率逐年提高。其影像学表现为脑微出血、腔隙性脑梗死、脑白质疏松和脑室周围间隙扩大等。CSVD是导致脑卒中、认知功能下降及痴呆的重要病因,早期发现并处理危险因素具有重要意义。2008年国际卒中会议以"小血管病引起大问题"为论点,可见CSVD已成为如今医学界的热点问题,本文就脑小血管病的最新研究进展进行综述。
In recent years, with the rapid development of imaging technology, the diagnosis rate of cerebral small vessel disease （CSVD） has been increasing year by year. The imaging manifestations include brain micro-bleeding, lacunar infarction, leukoaraiosis and the expansion of periventricular space, etc. CSVD is an important cause of stroke, cognitive decline and dementia, and early detection and treatment of risk factors is of great significance. In 2008, ＂small vessel disease causing the big problem＂ was chosen as argument in the International Stroke Conference, showing that CSVD has become a hot topic in the medical profession. This article reviews recent progress on the cerebral small vessel disease.
