摘要
目的观察护理学基础教学中案例教学法的应用与效果。方法抽取某医学院2016级护理专业80名学生设作实验对象,根据双盲法将80名学生分成两组,其中40名学生设作对照组应用传统教学法,另外40名学生设作观察组应用案例教学法,对比两组教学效果。结果观察组技能操作考核成绩高于对照组,两组组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理学基础教学中应用案例教学法教学效果较好。
Objective To observe the application and effect of case teaching method in nursing basic teaching. Methods A total of 80 students from 2016 nursing students were selected as the experimental subjects. According to the double-blind method, 80 students were divided into two groups. Among them, 40 students were designated as the traditional teaching method and 40 students were observed group application case teaching method, compared the two groups of teaching effect. Results The performance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of case teaching method in nursing basic teaching is better.
