摘要
目的探讨基于医学影像信息系统(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)系统辅助以案例为基础的学习(case based learning,CBL)教学法用于神经外科住培教学中的作用价值。方法选取本院2017年3月—2020年4月期间接受神经外科专业训练,学习的74名住培生,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各37名,对照组实施CBL教学法,研究组在CBL教学法的基础上融入PACS系统辅助教学,对比两组考核成绩及教学满意度。结果培训结束后,研究组考试总成绩及理论知识、病例分析、临床实践操作、病历书写各维度成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组住培生教学满意度为94.59%,高于对照组的78.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PACS系统辅助CBL教学法在神经外科住培生教学中很好解决影像学判读问题,提高住培生的考试成绩,同时提升教学满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of case-based learning(CBL)mode assisted by PACS in neurosurgery training.Methods 74 resident trainees who received neurosurgery training and studied in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2020 were divided into the control group and the research group according to the random number table method.The control group implemented the CBL teaching method,and the research group integrated the PACS system based on the CBL teaching method.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the training,the total score of the examination,theoretical knowledge,case analysis,clinical practice operation and medical record writing of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 94.59%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.38%)(P<0.05).Conclusion PACS system assisted CBL teaching method can solve the problem of image interpretation in neurosurgery teaching,It is worth promoting to improve the examination results of the students and the teaching satisfaction.
