摘要
目的 探讨普伐他汀联合瑞舒伐他汀对高血压合并高脂血症患者血脂水平及血清炎性因子的影响.方法 选取2015年2月至2016年5月我院收治的高血压合并高脂血症患者98例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例.对照组给予饮食控制和普伐他汀治疗,观察组在此基础上联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗.比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前、后血脂指标和血清炎性因子水平.结果 治疗后,观察组TC、LDL-C、TG水平明显低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于对照组;观察组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 普伐他汀联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗高血压合并高血脂症,能明显改善患者血脂水平,降低血清炎性因子,临床疗效显著.
Objective To investigate the effect of pravastatin combined with rosuvastatin on blood lipid levels and serum inflammatory factors in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Methods From February 2015 to May 2016, 98 pa- tients with hyperlipidemia complicated with hyperlipidemia were selected in our hospital, all patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given diet control and pravastatin treatment, while the observation group were given rosuvastatin on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, levels of blood lipid and serum inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared. Results Af- ter treatment, the levels of TC, LDL-C and TG in the observation group were significantly lower and the level of HDL-C was higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The levels of IL-6, TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the con- trol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pravastatin combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia can significantly improve the blood lipid level and reduce the serum inflammatory factors, its clinical effect is significant.
