摘要
介绍了流化床气化炉带出半焦细粉复合转化技术的工艺原理、工艺流程及技术特点。分析了半焦细粉复合转化技术优势及在实施过程中存在的问题。分析结果表明:半焦细粉复合转化技术简化了传统的细粉转化工艺、提高了气化系统的碳转化率。但是,在半焦细粉旋风分离、热回收和精脱除回收过程中,对关键设备的磨损、堵塞等问题会对设备的运行稳定性产生影响。因此说明该技术在工业装置运行中仍需要进一步改进。
The process principle, technological process and technical characteristics of integrated conversion technology of fine coke in fluidized bed gasifier were introduced. The advantages of fine coke integrated conversion technology and the existing problems in the process were analyzed. The analysis results showed that the fine coke integrated coal gasification technology simplified the process of conventional fine coke, improved the carbon conversion in the gasification system. However, in the process of dry recovery of fine coke, the wear, blockage and other problems of the fine coke will affect the stability of the key equipments. Therefore, it was necessary to further improve the technology in the operation of industrial equipment.
