摘要 煤气化在现在和未来能源化工的可持续发展中都占有相当重要的位置。根据现代煤基能源化工需求、煤气化过程特点及我国煤炭资源特点的分析,对如何认识、选择和优化已有技术,自主研发的方向是什么等问题进行了探讨,指出:气流床气化中干法进料工艺炭转化率更高,但从效率特别是液态排渣的运转可靠性看,低灰含量、低灰熔点煤更有利,灰熔聚流化床气化对煤的灰含量、灰熔点不敏感,可以适用更多种煤,过程效率也较高,符合我国资源特点,应加快研发. Coal gasification is playing and will play a very important role as well in present and future sustainable development of power and chemical industry.Based on the analysis of the requirement of coal chemical and clean power production,the characteristics of coal gasification process and the properties of Chinese coal resources,the questions of how to understand, select and optimize the gasifcation process are studied.The results show that, entrained flow gasifiers have higher coal conversion. However, the gasification process efficiency and gasifiers operation reliability would increase with the coal of lower ash content and fusion temperature.The ash agglomeration fluidiged bed gasification process is more suitable for coal of high ash content and higher ash fusion temperature, which is especially important for our country.
