摘要
以水溶性高的羟丙基β环糊精为包合材料,制备异硫氰酸烯丙酯包合物。采用冷冻干燥法制备异硫氰酸烯丙酯包合物,以主客摩尔分子比、包合温度、包合时间为主要因素,以包合率为评价指标,通过正交试验确定最佳工艺。异硫氰酸烯丙酯与羟丙基β环糊精的投料比为1∶1,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为2 h。在此条件下异硫氰酸烯丙酯与羟丙基β环糊精的包合率达97.98%。以最佳工艺制备的异硫氰酸烯丙酯包合物制备工艺简单,包合率高。
The objective of study was to use hydroxypropyl beta cyelodextrin of the high water-solublity as the inclusion material for preparing the allylisothiocyanate inclusion compound. To prepare allylisothiocyanate inclusion by freeze drying method, using molecular mole ratio of between subject and object, inclusion temperature and closure time as influence factors, through orthogonal test, the best process was got. To use the inclusion rate as evaluation index, the mole ratio between allylisothiocyanate and hydroxypropyl beta cyclodextrin was 1 : 1, inclusion temperature was 30 ℃ and closure time was 2 h, the allylisothiocyanate inclusion rate was 97.98%. The allylisothiocyanate inclusion compound with optimum preparation technology is simple with high inclusion rate.
