摘要
利用废弃刨花板为原料,采用环模制粒机成型设备,把原料压缩成颗粒成型燃料。试验研究生物质成型燃料的物理性质,主要包括生物质的密度、跌碎性、吸水性、渗水性和吸湿性等。结果表明:由废弃刨花板和贴面刨花板制成的生物质成型燃料,其密度、抗跌碎性和抗渗水性的差异较大。在再生木刨花成型燃料中加入杨木刨花,降低了燃料的抗跌碎性和抗渗水性。
Using waste particleboard as raw material and ring mold granulator molding equipment,raw material is compressed into biomass densification briquetting fuel.Its physical properties are studied experimentally,including density,shatter water absorption,water permeability and moisture absorption.The results showed that difference of density and shatter resistance and water resistance between biomass made from waste particleboard and veneering particleboard was great.Adding poplar wood shavings reduced shalter resistance and water resistance.
