摘要
目的:参照中国农业行业标准NY/T395-2012方法检测6批太子参种植土壤重金属含量。方法:从柘荣地区不同太子参种植地采集土壤样品,分别采用盐酸-硝酸-高氯酸及硫酸-高锰酸钾法消解土壤,原子吸收分光光度法检测土壤中铜、镉、铅、砷、汞的含量。结果:柘荣6批太子参种植土壤5种重金属含量均符合《国家土壤环境质量标准》二级标准值。结论:柘荣县太子参种植土壤环境未受这5种重金属污染。
Objective To detect heavy metalcontent in 6batchs of Pseudostellaria heterophyUa planted soil by using atomic absorp- tion spectrophotometry according toNY/T395 -2012. Methods The soils were collected from Zherong County. They were digested by hydrochloric acid - nitric acid - perchloric acid and sulfuric acid - potassium permanganate, and the contents of copper, cadmium, lead, arsenic and mercury were detected byatomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results According to the results of the detection, 5 kinds ofheavy metal in the 6 groups of soil conform tothesecondary standard of National Soil Environmental Quality Standard. Conclusion The soil environment of plantingPseudostellaria het,,rophylla in Zherong county is not polluted by the 5 heavy metals.
