摘要
采用静态阻垢试验,研究了AA/AMPS和T-225在2~15℃的低温条件下对碳酸钙的阻垢性能。试验结果表明:AA/AMPS和T-225在2~15℃的低温条件下阻垢性能良好;起始钙离子+碱度对AA/AMPS和T-225的阻垢性能影响较大,当钙离子+碱度从500+600 mg/L提高至800+800 mg/L时,AA/AMPS和T-225的阻垢率分别从100%降至63%和59%。
The calcium carbonate inhibition of AA/AMPS and T-225 at 2-15℃ was studied by static scale inhibi- tion. The results showed that AA/AMPS and T-225 had satisfactory efficiency in scale inhibition at 2-15℃. Initial concentration of Ca2+ and alkalinity has a great impact on scale inhibitionwhen Ca2++ alkalinity concentration increased from 500+600mg/Lto 800+800mg/L. The inhibition rate of AA/AMPS was drop from 100% to 63% and the inhibition rate of T-225 was drop from 100% to 59%.
