摘要 带磺酸基的阻垢剂具有优越的阻垢性能,能与多种阻垢剂产生协同效应会具有一些单方阻垢剂无法达到的阻垢效果,进而大大拓宽了阻垢剂的应用范围.合成了三元共聚物阻垢剂丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯(AA-AMPS-HPA)并系统地研究了阻垢剂浓度、钙离子浓度、碱度(HCO_3^-的浓度)和温度等对AA-AMPS-HPA阳垢性能的影响.实验结果表明,该共聚物对于碳酸钙具有优异的阻垢效果.在25℃下当阻垢剂浓度为2.5 mg/L,Ca^(2+)浓度为371.2 mg/L时,阻垢率可达93.4%. The scale inhibitors with sulfonic acid groups have excellent scale inhibition performance. They have better scale inhibition performance and wider applications than that of the unilateral inhibition because of their synergies with other scale inhibitors. The appli- cations in the industrial water treatment of AA-AMPS-HPA required the investigation of its scale inhibition performance under different conditions. Herein, the effect of concentration of scale inhibitor, Ca^2+ , alkalinity and temperature on the scale inhibition performance of AA-AMPS-HPA was systematically studied. The experimental results showed that the copolymer was an excellent inhibitor against the deposition of CaCO3. Moreover, when the concentration of Ca^2+ was 371. 2 mg/L and the concentration of scale inhibitor was 2.5 mg/L,its inhibition rate of AA-AMPS-HPA could reach 93.4%.
