Techno-economic Study on Energy-saving Retrofit and Flue Gas Waste Heat Utilization in Natural Gas Combined Cycle-CO_2 Capture Plant

摘要 该文以大唐国际北京高井热电厂天然气蒸汽联合循环机组为研究对象。采用GTPRO与Aspen Plus联合仿真平台建立了基于化学吸收法的燃烧后碳捕获机组整合模型。在碳捕获机组热力研究的基础上,分别比较研究了烟气余热用于再沸器加热,烟气余热用于热电联产,再沸器疏水用于海水淡化改造,再沸器疏水用于污泥低温干化。分别研究了4种节能改造方案的热力整合特性,并对各方案进行了热经济性评估。结果表明:在碳捕获机组中,可回收烟气余热47.2MW用于热电联产;与改造前相比,系统效率提升2.60%,利润率增加4.35%,具有一定的技术经济可行性。 In this study, a natural gas combined cycle (NGCC) unit in Beijing Gaojing power plant was the research object. An integrated model of NGCC plant and post-combustion CO2 (PCC) capture was built by using co-simulation platform of GTPRO and Aspen Plus. Based on the thermal study of CO2 capture plant, four energy saving retrofit schemes were proposed: reclaiming flue gas waste heat for reboiler heating, reclaiming flue gas waste heat for heating supply, reclaiming reboiler drain heat for desalination and lowtemperature sludge drying. The thermodynamic characteristics and thermal economy of different schemes were evaluated. The results show that: in the case 2,recoveringof 47.2MWfrom the flue gas waste heat can be used for heating supply; compared with the reference system, the exergy efficiency increased by 2.60%, profit margin increased by 4.35%, has a certain technical and economic feasibility.
