摘要 多站融合场景下的综合能源系统是电网企业发挥减碳作用的重要手段。文中充分考虑经济约束、运行特性约束和安全约束,以全局碳排放比率最低为目标,根据电网企业特点,定义多站融合场景下的综合能源系统全局低碳运营模式,构建基于鲁棒模型的低碳策略模型;采用经验模态分解方法对多维历史数据进行挖掘,生成有限随机性场景,对模型进行确定性优化;采用粒子群算法进行求解,得到全局低碳策略最优解,即日间低碳运行策略。通过算例分析,证明了文中提出的方法能够为多站融合场景下的综合能源系统提供科学可行的低碳运行策略。 The integrated energy system in multi-station integration is an important means for power grid enterprises to reduce carbon emissions.Taking full account of economic constraints,operation characteristics constraints and security constraints,aiming at the lowest global carbon emission rate,and according to the characteristics of power grid enterprises,this paper defines the global low-carbon operation mode of integrated energy system in multi-station integration,and constructs a low-carbon strategy model based on robust model.The empirical mode decomposition method is used to mine the multi-dimensional historical data,generate the finite randomness scene,and carry out the deterministic optimization of the model.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution of the global low-carbon strategy,that is,the daily low-carbon operation strategy.Finally,the example analysis proves that the method proposed in this paper can provide a scientific and feasible low-carbon operation strategy for the integrated energy system in the multi-station integration.
