摘要
目的探索高原某部官兵幸福感、情绪调节方式与心理健康的关系。方法采用90项症状清单(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)、流调中心用抑郁量表(center for epidemiological survey,depression scale,CES-D)、状态焦虑量表(state anxiety inventory,SAI)、真实幸福感问卷(authentic happiness inventory,AHI)、军人情绪调节量表(armymen’s emotion regulation types questionnaire,AERTQ)对高原某部4 691名官兵进行调查。结果 (1)军人幸福感水平与SCL-90总分、CES-D、SAI、认知重视、行为抑制得分均呈显著负相关(r值为-0.07^-0.41,P<0.01),与情感求助、自我安慰的情绪调节方式显著正相关(r=0.25、r=0.30,P<0.01);(2)中介模型显示,军人情绪调节方式在幸福感对心理健康的影响中起部分中介作用。结论军人幸福感、情绪调节方式与心理健康密切相关,幸福感的提升、积极情绪调节策略的培养均有助于高原官兵心理健康的维护与促进。
Objective To investigate the relationship of happiness, emotion regulation types and health among officers and soldiers stationed at center for epidemiological survey, depression scale plateau. Methods Symptom checklist 90 （ SCL-90）, （CES-D）, state anxiety inventory （SAI）, authentic happiness inventory （AHI）, armymen＇ s emotion regulation types questionnaire （AERTQ） were used to survey 4 691 officers and soldiers from a plateau troop. Results （1） The authentic happiness was negatively correlated with the total score of SCL-90 and scores of CES-D, SAI, cognitive-focus and behavior-restrain （r = -0.07- -0.41, P 〈0.01 ）, and positively correlated with emotion regulation types, affective-appeal and self-comfort in the participants （ r = 0.25, 0.30, P 〈 0.01 ）. （2） The emotion regulation types partially mediated the effect of authentic happiness on mental health. Conclusion Mental health is closely associatedwith authentic happiness and emotion regulation styles in plateau officers and soldiers. Improvement of happiness and cultivation of positive emotion regulation types are helpful in the promotion of mental health in them.
