沥青混合料圆柱体试件车辙试验条件分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了保证沥青混合料圆柱体试件车辙试验结果的准确性,使不同类型的混合料圆柱体试件用于国标车辙仪时,试验结果具有较高的重复性.通过设计沥青混合料圆柱体试件模具,分析确定了圆柱体试件车辙试验温度、试件成型后适宜的放置时间及试件拼接缝的最大宽度.结果表明,基质沥青混合料与改性沥青混合料圆柱体试件国标车辙试验温度分别为60℃和70℃;试件放置时间与拼接缝的宽度对试验结果有较大影响,基质沥青混合料试件成型后需放置1d且在15d内进行车辙试验,改性沥青混合料试件在成型后需放置至少2d再进行车辙试验;拼接缝的宽度不能大于8mm,否则可认为试件是无效的,试验结果不能真实地反映沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能. In order to ensure the accuracy of the rutting test results of the asphalt mixture's cylindrical specimens and make the results higher repeatability, different types of mixtures of cylindrical speci- mens are used to measure the rutting resistance of asphalt mixture at high temperature. Based on the mould designed for cylindrical specimens of asphalt mixture, the rutting test temperature of cylindrical specimens is determined, and the appropriate time that the specimens is placed after forming and max- imum width of the seam-line are analyzed and determined. The results show that the cylindrical speci- mens' rutting test temperature of matrix and modified asphalt mixture's are 60 -C and 70 -C, respec- tively, under the rutting tester of slab specimens. Besides, the time of specimens' placement and the width of seam-line have a significant effect on the test results, and the specimens of matrix asphalt mixture are required to place at least one day until the rutting test is made, but the placing time is also less than fifteen days. The specimens of modified asphalt mixture are supposed to place at least two days after forming before the rutting test begins. Besides, the width of the seam-line cannot be more than 8 mm, otherwise it will be considered as invalidity and the test results cannot truly reflect the rutting resistance of asphalt mixture at high temperature.
