摘要
采自山西右玉地区沙棘树腐木中的野生嗜蓝孢孔菌属一新菌株,其形态学特征为具有马蹄形担子果,盖状无柄,有时平伏反卷生长,单系菌丝系统;骨架菌丝在Melzer试剂和棉蓝试剂中呈负反应;担孢子近球形或球形,无色,厚壁等。将Fomitiporia yanbeiensis的ITS序列与其他已经报道的嗜蓝孢孔菌属真菌ITS进行比对分析。分析结果表明Fomitiporia yanbeiensis与嗜蓝孢孔菌属亲缘关系较近,因此可定该属的一个新种,名为Fomitiporia yanbeiensis S.Guo&L.Zhou(Gen Bank:KT861405,Fungal name:FN570360)。
A new Fomitiporia fungus, Fomitiporia sp. nov., was collected from the Datong area （Youyu） Shanxi Province China in the wild sea buckthorn trees rot wood. The morphological feature is that it has a horseshoe shaped cover basidiocarps, sessile, sometimes procumbent backscroll mycelium growth, single system ; skeletal hyphae showed a negative reaction in the Melzer reagent and cotton blue reagent ; basidiospore near spherical or spherical, colorless, thick wall etc..The ITS sequence of Fomitiporia yanbeiensis was compared with the other species of ITS, which were reported. The results showed that Fomitiporia yanbeiensis had a close genetic relationship with the Fomitiporia species. It was an new species and was named Fomitiporia yanbeiensis S. Guo ＆ L. Zhou （GenBank ： KT861405, Fungal name ： FN570360）.
