摘要
利用激光熔覆技术,在钛合金基体表面制备Ni/Ti涂层和Ni/Ti-Al_2O_3涂层,用显微硬度计和多功能摩擦磨损试验机分别对涂层的显微硬度分布情况和涂层的摩擦磨损性能进行了测试。结果表明,Ni/Ti涂层、Ni/Ti-10%Al_2O_3涂层和Ni/Ti-20%Al_2O_3涂层硬度平均值达到720、760HV0.1和800HV0.1,使基体硬度提高了一倍多。涂层的摩擦磨损试验表明,摩擦过程中存在跑合期、平缓增长期、快速增长期和平稳期四个阶段,涂层的磨损量要低于基体的磨损量,而摩擦系数要高于基体的摩擦系数。
Ni/Ti coating and Ni/Ti-Al2O3 coating were prepared on the surface of titanium alloy substrate by laser cladding technology.Microhardness distribution and wear resistance of the coating were tested by micro hardness tester and multi function friction and wear testing machine.The microhardness of coating were reached 720 HV0.1,760 HV0.1 and 800 HV0.1,respectively,which was one times higher than that of the substrate.Friction and wear curves have four stages including running-in period moderate growth,low,rapid growth and stable period.The wear loss of their coatings were less than that of the substrate.However their friction coefficient were higher.
