摘要 研究了镍-铬-硼-硅合金激光熔覆涂层的组织与相结构;测试了熔覆层的显微硬度,分析了激光熔覆层中的择尤取向问题,探讨了激光功率、熔覆道次对组织的影响。结果表明:激光熔覆层显微硬度值为400~500 HV;熔覆层组织由枝状晶与等轴晶组成,其主要相结构是γ-Ni;不同激光功率下熔覆层存在不同程度的择尤取向,单层多道激光熔覆使择尤取向有所减弱。 Ni-based coating was prepared by irradiating the mixture powders of Ni-Cr-B-Si on 16Mn mild steel. The microstructure and hardness of the coating were examined. The effect of laser power on the microstructure and property of the Ni-based coating were investigated. The Ni-based alloy layer could be divided into dendrite and equiaxial crystal. The hardness was 400-500 HV. The γ-Ni structure and preferential orientation were observed in the laser cladding.
