Ni-Cr-W-RE合金粉末喷熔层的显微组织与耐磨性能

摘要 对Ni Cr W RE合金粉末喷熔层的微观组织与耐磨性能进行了分析研究,结果表明:喷熔层中的析出相主要有硼化物和碳化物;这些硬质相分布均匀、细小、边缘圆滑,耐磨性能很好;Ni Cr固溶体基体对耐磨相有很好的支持力度;喷熔层与基体之间有少量的元素相互扩散,形成良好的冶金结合,结合界面呈现细条白亮带;耐磨性能是高碳高铬铸铁的6倍,是ZGCr5Mo耐磨钢的11倍。 Microstructure and wear resistance of a Ni-Cr-W-RE alloy-powder thermal spray coating were studied. The results show that the precipitation phases are mainly borides and carbides; these hard phases with smooth edge are fine and distribute homogeneously, which have excellent wear resistance; Ni-Cr based solid solution provides a good contribution to wear resistant phase; a small amount of elements have been diffused between coating and substrate, the interface of coating and substrate appears narrow bright zone. On an average, the wear resistance of the coating is five times higher than that of high carbon high chromium cast iron and ten times higher than that of ZGCr5M steel.
