摘要 通过分析NiCrWRe合金粉末材料喷熔层的显微组织与磨损机理,结果表明:喷熔层中的析出相主要有碳化物和硼化物,起到弥散强化作用。这些硬质相弥散分布在较软的γ-Ni固溶体基体中,提高了涂层的整体硬度和抗磨性能;γ-Ni固溶体基体有一定的塑性给耐磨的硬质相提供良好的支持系统。喷熔层的磨损失重率只是高碳高铬铸铁的 1 /6倍,是ZGCr5Mo耐磨钢的 1 /11倍。 Analysis of the microstructure and wear principle of NiCrWRe a lloy powder spray welding coating, the result showed that carbide and boronic ma terials were mainly precipitation, which have an strengthening diffusely effect on the base. Because these hard phase distributed diffusely in softer r-Ni solid solution base, so it improved entire hardness and wear resistance character of spray welding coating, on the other hand, because r-Ni solid solution have some plasticity, therefore, it provided well backup for wear resistance phase. By mea ns of wear resistance test, it is showed that the weight losing percent of spray welding coating only was 1/6 of high C and Cr cast iron and 1/11 of ZGCr5Mo ste el.
