摘要
海绵城市绩效评估是海绵城市建设亟待解决的问题。由于各地海绵城市实现方式的多样性,目前该问题缺乏体系化的实施方案。总结了不同海绵城市建设方案,并将其归类为"小海绵"和"大海绵"模式,分析了这两类模式对城市"弹性"构建的贡献及功能,论证了城市海绵建设应采取"大小海绵"共存模式,并基于共存模式给出了体系化的海绵城市绩效评估方案。
Performance evaluation has become an urgent issue for sponge city construction. However, due to the variety of implementation strategies in many cities, it is hard to summarize a systematic evaluation method of sponge city construction. In this paper, the implementation strategies were divided into two patterns： ＂Narrow Sense Sponge＂ and ＂Broad Sense Sponge＂ which perform quite different con- tributions but inseparable functions.
