摘要
随着中国经济的不断发展,中国基础设施建设的发展速度逐步加快,随之而来的是我国水利水电工程项目的急剧增加,而工程项目实施效果的好坏,与项目管理的水平之间有极为密切的关系。水利水电工程施工与管理技术是开展项目管理工作时至关重要的组成部分,也是科学管理的必然要求。只有制定出合理、高效、有计划的管理方法才能确保水力水电工程项目的顺利开展。通过对水利水电工程施工与管理技术的基本特征进行分析,对水利水电工程项目的主要内容进行阐述,继而阐明了在当前形势下,水利水电施工管理的重要性,最终提出了提高水利水电工程项目的相关措施,以期为同类项目的发展与完善提供借鉴。
With the development of China＇s economy, the development of China＇s infrastructure construction accelerate gradually, followed by the rapid increase of water conservancy and hydropower engineering projects in our country. The project implementation effect has a close relationship with the level of project management. Water conservancy, hydropower project construction and management technology is important constituent to carry out the project management work,and is the inevitable requirement of scientific managemenl. To develop a reasonable,effective and systematic management method can ensure the hydropower project carry out smoothly. Based on the basic features of water resources, hydropower engineering construction and management of technical analysis, the paper expounds the main content of the water resources and hydropower projects, and then illustrates the current situation, the importance of water resources and hy- dropower construction management,finally puts forward the measures to improve water conservancy and hydropower project, in order to provide reference for development and improvement of relevant project.
