摘要
目的研究1~3岁听障儿童构音能力发展的特征,为听障儿童言语康复提供依据和建议。方法分别选取20名1~2岁和23名2~3岁听障儿童,采用自编的幼儿言语评估表对两组儿童进行测试,对各项分测验结果进行统计学分析。结果①听障儿童口部运动能力和构音语音能力的年龄差异极其显著(P〈0.01)。②听障儿童口部运动能力和构音语音能力之间存在极其显著的相关性(P〈0.01)。③1~2岁听障儿童平均掌握的声母为0.35个,韵母为0.63个;2~3岁听障儿童平均掌握的声母为1.87个,韵母为4.79个。④对1~3岁听障儿童而言,声母/m、b、d、h、p、t/和韵母/a、0、i、u、ia、ai、ie、ao、u/的模仿能力有较大提高空间。⑤对1~3岁听障儿童而言,展唇动作最简单,其次是圆唇、唇闭合、唇齿配合及舌舔下颌等动作,再次是舌平伸、舌左、右舔等动作,舌尖洗牙表面动作最难。结论1~3岁是听障儿童言语发展的重要时期,其口部运动能力和构音语音能力表现出具体特征。
Objective To study the development characteristics of articulation ability in 1-3 year old hearing-impaired children, and to provide evidence and suggestions for speech rehabilitation of hearing-impaired children. Methods This study selected 20 children aged 1 to 2 and 23 children aged 2 to 3 years old and gave individualized tests to two groups of children with the self-edited children speech evaluation sheet. The results of each test were statistically analyzed. Results (1) The age difference between hearing impaired children's oral movement and voice ability was significant. (2) There was a significant correlation between the oral movement and the articulation ability of the impaired children. (3)The number of initial consonant and vowel that the hearing-impaired children correctly imitated between 2 to 3 years of age were more than 1 to 2 years old.(4) For children of 1 to 3, the imitation ability of the initial consonant m, b, d, h, p, and t and the vowel a, o, i, u, ia, ai, ie, ao and wo can be improved dramatically.(5)For deaf children of 1 to 3 show that the lip action is the simplest, the second is round lips, lips closed, matching the lips and tongue licking the mandible, again is the tongue horizontally, tongue licking the right and left. The tip of the tongue cleaning the surface action is the most difficult. Conclusion 1-3 years is an important period of speech development for hearing-impaired children, and their oral motor ability and articulation speech ability show specific features.
