摘要
研究目的:本文以某单拱肋预应力混凝土梁拱组合桥为例,该桥型将预应力混凝土梁及拱两种结构体系有机地结合在一起,具有结构刚度大、建筑高度低、造型美观等优点,但该类结构为多次超静定结构,受力性能复杂,设计难度较大,为揭示其受力特性,于文中展开详细地分析及探讨。研究结论:(1)该类桥梁拱和梁组合起来共同承受荷载,拱肋受压,主梁受拉,该平衡体系的相互作用,使得拱与梁的弯矩大大减小,拱梁受力均匀,结构静动力性能及使用性能均较好;(2)主梁采用刚性系梁、拱肋采用桁架式,增大了结构的刚度及承载能力,提高了结构的跨越能力,通过优化拱肋及主梁刚度比例,可以进一步地减小主梁结构的建筑高度;(3)当进行跨线桥设计时,建筑高度受限,该类桥梁通过顶推法施工主梁,在顶推就位后的主梁上拼装单拱肋的施工方法,极大地减小了施工过程及后期养护维修对桥下繁忙交通的影响;(4)该研究成果适用于单拱肋梁拱组合体系桥的设计及相关计算分析。
Research purposes: A single arch rib prestressed concrete beam arch combination bridge was studied. The prestressed concrete beam and arch bridge will be two kinds of structure system organically unifies in together, which has the advantages with a big stiffness, low construction height, and attractive appearance, but this kind of structure for multiple statically indeterminate structure, mechanical performance is complex, the design is difficult. The research was made in this paper to reveal its mechanical characteristics. Research conclusions:( 1 )The arch and beam combination bridge bears loads together, which include compression of arch rib, and tension of girder, the interaction of the balance system, greatly reduces the arch and beam bending moment ,uniforms beam stress, the static and dynamic performance and the operational performance of structure are better. (2) Girder adopt rigid collar beam and arch rib truss type, increasing the structure stiffness and bearing capacity, improve the structure of spanning capacity, through the optimization of arch rib and girder stiffness ratio, can further reduce the girder structure of the building height. ( 3 ) When bridge crossing design, building height is constrained, and the class construction girder bridges by pushing, after pushing in place on the main girder of assembling the construction method of the single rib, greatly reduce the construction process and the late maintenance and repair of the busy traffic impact under the bridge. (4) The conclusion could be used for design, calculation and analys of single arch rib beam arch combination bridge.
