摘要
为满足结构加固工程对修复材料提出的力学性能、抗裂性能、抗震性能等需求,研究了纤维种类(国产PVA、进口PVA、PE)对超高延性混凝土(Ultra high ductility concrete,UHDC)抗压强度、抗折强度、抗拉强度、延性、延性保持率的影响。结果表明,PE增强UHDC的力学性能最优且具有最高的延性和延性保持率(98%)。同时,进行了纤维增强UHDC的抗震试验和工程应用效果分析。试验结果表明纤维增强UHDC加固的砌体结构具备优越的抗震性能,其在房屋修缮和路面修复工程中的应用效果良好。
In order to meet the requirements of mechanical properties,crack resistance and seismic performance of repair materials for structural reinforcement engineering,the effects of fiber types(domestic PVA,imported PVA and PE)on compressive strength,flexural strength,tensile strength,ductility and ductility retention rate of ultra-high ductility concrete(UHDC)were studied.The results show that PE reinforced UHDC has the best mechanical properties and the highest ductility and ductility retention(98%).At the same time,the seismic test and engineering application effect of fiber reinforced UHDC are analyzed.The test results show that the masonry structure strengthened with fiber-reinforced UHDC has superior seismic performance,and its application effect in building repair and pavement repair engineering is good.
